This episode we have sound taken in the Land pavilion during our 2002
trip to Walt Disney World, There is Audio from Food Rocks, some songs of the
(now former) interior Music loop of the land Pavilion, audio of the Behind
The Seeds greenhouse tour, and even a little of the
Innoventions outside music loop.
Since the pavilion has changed so much
with the addition of Soarin' and removal of Food Rocks, much of the
audio of this episode can no longer be heard, making this a sort of
Yester"Land" episode with apologies to Werner Weiss.

This episode has audio in it taken during our
Honeymoon in 2002, it's posting coincides with the addition of a trip report
on my web site, about twenty pages with something like 450 new pictures to
the site ,
http://www.bigbrian-nc.com/trindex.htm#moon
all these images were from our Honeymoon trip to WDW in 2002. This episode we
have sound taken in the Land pavilion on that trip... since the pavilion has
changed so much with the addition of Soarin' and removal of Food Rocks, much
of the audio of this episode can no longer be heard, making this a sort of
Yester"Land" episode with apologies to
Werner Weiss.

and either The Land Exterior Area Music /
The Land Interior Area Music as you prefer, looking at the interior loop
list it seems it has been updated since the last time I checked it...
Kirsten has on that page it looks like the song I couldn't identify
(the one played in sort of a Texas Swing style)in that loop is
Allegany Moon. Hopefully I'll remember to mention this
in the next episodes "Housekeeping".

Music
I pretty much covered the music involved in
the episode during the show, still heres a quick re-cap.
- Take Me Home Country Roads from The Land
Exterior BGM is playing under the introduction.
- I was the one singing during the load of Food Rocks.
- the music playing during the pre show at the beginning of the Food Rocks
audio is the Second half of the great old Eric Clapton Song Layla
that song has two half the first half is the part with lyrics and I don't
think it played in the pre-show just the instrumental portion did.
- the load music I was singing to was of an medley of songs parodied in the show:
- generic introduction music?
- Respect - Aretha Franklin
- Breaking Up is Hard to Do - Neil Sedaka?
It's in his Kiss
- generic 50's sax solo?
- Tutti Frutti -Little Richard
- Songs in the Show were parodies of:
-
Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
- Good Vibrations - The Beach Boys
- Every Breath You Take - The Police
- Sledgehammer - Peter Gabriel
- Funky Cold Medina - Tone Loc
- It's in his Kiss - written by Rudy Clark
Cher's version seems to be the one parodied
- Tutti Frutti -Little Richard
- Breaking up is hard to Do - Neil Sedaka
- Let's Do the Twist - Chubby Checker
- I think the Junk food song is a generic Heavy Metal Parody
- Respect - Aretha Franklin
- Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
(with a line of Every Breath You Take thrown in)
- Songs in the Lands interior music loop played were...
I need to time these out and email Kirsten the track times...
- Wait Til the Sun Shines Nellie (partial)
- Sunny 2:11
- Moonlight Bay 2:07
- Blue Moon 2:56
- Allegheny Moon 2:25
- Sunrise, Sunset (partial)
WDW postcards
I talked about about how I figured out which
cards were the Original "Free with Stay" postcards.
Contemporary Resort Hotel
Polynesian Village Resort
First the Standard sized (3½ x 5½)card...
Then the Continental (4 x 6)
The Fairway Villas
The Treehouse Villas
The Vacation Villas
The Golf Resort??
I haven't seen any card from this resort that rit this numbering scheme,
there was a card of that reesort in the 70's but it's numbered like the other
cards that were sold not like these other hotel giveaway cards,
still here's what that one looks like:
